Once I discovered Swiffer Duster it became one of my favorite cleaning products.

Why do I like it?
1. It picks up dust very well
2. Once you are done dusting, you can just toss it out - no need to worry where to shake out the dust
(like I have to do with my fancy baby lamb duster)
3. I absorbs a lot of dust without moving it around, even when I can see the dust on it, it still does a good job picking up new dust. Sometimes I don't toss it out after each use, if the job was not big enough. I just hang it as is until the next dusting job. It does not lose its grip on the old dust!
4. It is compact. The duster before it is fluffed up before us is flat and the holder is just a handle. To fluff it up you just need to shake it.
5. Sometimes I use it without the handle - on my computer screen, computer screen, window sills (i.e. items at my hand height anyway).

I found that the price on the on the duster fluctuates. There is a nice online tool that I use to help catch a good price on Amazon, this tool is called "Online Price Alert". This tool will send you an email when the Amazon item price reaches the target price range that you specify. If you search on "online price alert" in Google it will be come up at the top. I find this tool to be very helpful.

I've found these to be wonderful for their intended purpose - they actually remove dust for disposal instead of merely dispersing in into the rest of the room. They do an especially great job on otherwise difficult jobs, such as cleaning my air conditioner's filter, which used to be a real pain in the rear. My one criticism is that the "standard" blue handle for these dusters (which can be used with or without the handle) is very flimsy and tends to collapse during use. Sometimes the handle, be it the regular or extended, can be needed and/or useful for places you don't want to use your hands with while dusting, such as little corners where spiderwebs have accumulated.

These blue ones are a Total rippppppp off! They Do Not have any dust collecting material (the fluffy stuff) on one side.
Get the yellow "Swiffer 360 Duster Refills" they have the fluffy dust collecting material on both sides; thus when fluffed all the way around -- 360�
Sneaky P&G, really sneaky.
